Why can't I login to Getsermons?
Getsermons is an app that provides a seamless way to discover sermons by preachers, churches and topics. To listen, download the app from the App Store or Google Play and create a free account.
I can't find my Pastor's sermons on the app. What do I do?
Your church can publish its sermons on Getsermons with Getsermons Publishers — point your church's media team there and their sermons will show up in the app (and on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and everywhere else too).
Is Getsermons free?
The listeners' app is free and will continue being free for the foreseeable future.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes. We ask for a card up front so the trial mirrors the real experience. Cancel anytime before day 14 and you won't be charged.
What does “unlimited” actually mean?
Unlimited churches and team members are exactly that — no caps, no per-seat fees. Storage and bandwidth are protected by reasonable fair-use terms to prevent abuse.
Can I switch between Essential and Plus?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your sermons, feed, and public site stay exactly where they are.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your RSS feed and public sermon site stay live for at least a full week while we retry payment. We never break listener access without warning, and your audio is preserved for 90+ days even after a long lapse.
Why can't I see a free tier?
Sermon distribution is infrastructure for your church. We'd rather charge a fair price and stay focused on reliability than lean on ads or paywalled basics.
Do you offer discounts for ministries or non-profits?
Get in touch if you're a missions agency, denomination, network running many churches or you just honestly can't afford it — we're happy to talk.
